With 25 years of experience in the airline industry including Air France in both operational and management positions, Marie-Paule has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges in customer relations that airlines are facing.

In 1999, she created the service company SEPT, which specializes in handling complaints for customers residing in France and in Europe. At the same time, she joined Customer Care Consulting, which offers its services to airlines requiring regulatory and commercial assistance in this area.

Magali has a multi-sector background in the travel sector, thanks to her solid transverse experience in technology, operations and management, acquired within various settings online travel agency (, traditional travel agency

Clément Defrance
 Technical director

After obtaining a degree in Management of Computer Engineering, Clément worked for several years in the medical field as project manager and technical manager.

For 6 years, he has been working in the aeronautics field as project manager and works in close collaboration with the business teams.

He has managed and supported projects with high added value (integration of EFB, analysis of mobility needs, risk analysis of cloud computing projects).

Cécile Godel
 Co founder

With a Masters in Marketing and Communication from ISCOM in Paris, Cécile began her career in a communication agency, working on different international budgets. 

It is within Amadeus that she developed her expertise in technological solutions intended for the tourism industry, and more specifically airlines.

Cécile then participated in the launch and development on the French market of the online travel agency (Travix group), by developing numerous partnerships with airlines.

Subsequently, she joined La Compagnie Boutique Airline, a 100% business class French company, as marketing manager for the French, English and American markets. 

Jean-Charles Périno

Co founder

Jean-Charles is cofounder of La Compagnie in 2014 and was EVP Commercial & Marketing during 6 years. 

Previously, he was Commercial and Marketing Director of tl’Avion, which became OpenSkies with the takeover of British Airways in 2008. Jean Charles previously held several commercial and marketing functions in the industry : Air Canada, L'Européenne d'Assurances, or within the start-up    

He currently advises various industry players on their business development and marketing strategy within newco.conseil .


Jean-Charles Périno graduated from ESLSCA, with an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and from Finance for Executive at INSEAD in 2011.

Alexia Chocano

After a Masters in Management Sciences at Paris IX-Dauphine University, Alexia began her professional career in the tourism sector with the Mazars consultancy in Madrid. 

She then obtained her MBA and joined the international firm JLL Hotels in Spain and the United States. 

Alexia also worked for 6 years in a real estate investment fund management company, participating in the restructuring of funds under management. This experience gave Alexia solid skills in (re) structuring and managing companies, thus consolidating her knowledge in market and feasibility studies, business plan studies, analyses and financial evaluations.
